Schengen Visa: Two Year Report
Created: 6 February 2026
After two years of working with clients from various countries requiring Schengen visas to travel to EU nations, we are proud to report no refusals. During this period, our clients received only five single-entry visas out of over two hundred applications, while most visas were issued for three months or longer. Notably, in January 2026, a client obtained a three-month visa under the new EU regulations for Russian citizens.
Recently, we heard the comment: "Why pay Keylis when I can do it myself?" This might be valid if a Schengen visa isn't really significant. In our experience, the decision depends on the client's goals and preferences. Some clients prioritise minimising refusal risk because their business depends on it; they might miss important negotiations, conferences, or exhibitions. Others need year-round access to Eurozone countries for personal reasons, such as relationships, family, or medical care. There are clients for whom next-day visa appointments are critical. Many prefer a straightforward approach due to time constraints: send documents to us, receive a verified package, apply at a visa centre, and have the courier deliver their passport with the visa. Special groups include minors studying in England with parents outside the UK, along with many other requests.
This year, we decided to innovate by launching the most convenient process for Schengen visa applicants—a comprehensive package that enables clients to use our service year-round with no application limits. Find the details in the next blog.
